Coaching for 4-6 people from the same company, working with them on how to grow their sales using the CROPS sales model.
A single day split as follows:
- A morning session learning all the key skills of the CROPS sales model.
- An afternoon session practising via a team structured sales exercise – designed bespokely for the business.
Included in the package is a two hour follow up six weeks later to check on progress.
The programme fee includes course preparation and assumes the company provides the venue and refreshments / lunch for the participants.
