To celebrate being 60 in 2021 I ran my first ever ultra marathon the 44 mile Classic Quarter on the South West coast path. At the 20 mile marker my watch beeped. I was delighted I’d reached 20 miles and then it dawned on me I still had 24 miles to go. I’ll challenge your audience to think big and handle that moment of doubt.
